Hello!
My name is Jaime Jesús, a determined, charismatic, and proactive Mexican Textile Designer passionate about fashion, textile and digital design and production. I am currently studying an MBA in Fashion at Esden Business School in Madrid.
In recent years I have been interested in participating in different activities related to fashion design creation, production and management, that is why I have had the opportunity to work as an intern at the Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada workshop, an internationally recognized Spanish brand, collaborating in the production of the garments that were presented at the Mercedes Benz Madrid Fashion Week 2022 as in others around the world, this experience helped me to improve my skills as a designer and dressmaker. In addition, I have had the honor to be the Production Assistant Intern for the Helsinki Fashion Week, one of the most important fashion events in Finland, where I was able to learn a lot about management and communication, working in R&D, partnership management and event organization, as well as I have been the production assistant and wardrobe coordinator for Trozmer Centro Universitario fashion shows, helping in RESET 21-22, VISIÓN 23, #Ricadonna100Y ft. Martha Cristiana y SERENITY 35.
I have been immersed in fashion production heping to the campaign for the Colombian brand Paris Rodríguez, I have carried out numerous activities of editorial design and digital compositions for social networks, as well as I have dedicated myself to the Development of Textile Techniques, creating a technique of my own for the generation of faces based on translucent fabrics which were presented at the Bali Fab Fest 2022 and MOLA Fashion Week 2023.
I have been part of the group of university ambassadors of Fashion Revolution and the University Council of Textile Design of the Universidad Iberoamericana, coordinating both groups.
Throughout my academic and professional experience, I have continuously learned from each atmosphere in which I have developed and thereby improved my skills and capabilities in various activities ranging from sewing to digital composition and fashion direction.
